The Shake that Tastes Like Cake!

We know the Vi Shape shakes taste delicious, but did you know in order to get the same nutrition in just one shake you would have to eat the following foods:

½ cups of Chopped Broccoli
13 Whole Eggs
5 medium Peaches
2.5 Chicken Breasts
1.5 cups of Frozen Yogurt
1.5 cups of Bran Flakes
18 oz. of Tomato Juice
1.5 cups of Shredded Romaine Lettuce
5 oz. of Cheddar Cheese
3 cups of Cooked Lima Beans
15 slice of Whole Wheat Bread
20 spears of Asparagus
1 cup of Brown Rice
2 cups of Sliced Mushrooms
30 Apples
5 cups of Chopped Celery (10 whole stalks)
3.5 medium Tomatoes
3 Pineapples
30 Prunes

This would cost approximately $103 and contain 8,674 calories.

You basically eat a shake for breakfast and lunch (or just one meal a day.. we are doing 2 a day) and eat a normal dinner. You can also, have like 2 snacks a day (healthy and less than 200 calories preferably). There are over 100 recipes I can send you for different flavors.. they are delicious too!
